This multi-faceted approach makes our services unique. We have found that proper presentation and exposure are key elements in achieving the highest monetary results for personal property items.

Our standard Commission Rate is 35% + 2% (for cataloging items & online bidding)

This includes:

  • Storage (if necessary) of consigned items
  • Unpacking, cleaning & handling of items upon download in our facility
  • Items insured while at our facility
  • Marketing – including newspapers, websites, brochures and direct contact
  • Photographs of auction items posted online
  • Live & online bidding platforms
  • Presentation & display of consigned items
  • Open house preview for auction
  • Auction day staff, covered by workman’s comp
  • Auctioneer service – licensed and bonded
  • Licensed to handle firearms
  • Video surveillance and locked display showcases
  • 10,000 sq. ft. climate controlled facilities
  • Guaranteed payment to the seller – payment made 10 banking days after the auction
  • Real-time, computerized clerking & consignor settlement system
  • Computer print-out showing the items sold & the prices realized.

In addition to our auction services, we provide packing, pick-up, and cataloging services. Fees for these services are in addition to our standard commission rate.


Specialty Collections Commission Rate 25% + 5% (for consultant cataloging & online “simulcast” bidding)

Specialty collections are our specialty! These include Toys, Trains, Coins, Postcards/Books/Ephemera & other collections. These unique collections require experienced marketing & auction techniques. We hold 1-2 specialty auctions per month
