There’s a lot of talk lately about the Boba Fett action figure that is estimated to sell for around $250,000. It’s considered the “Holy Grail” for die-hard Star Wars collectors because fewer than 30 of that design are in existence. The action figure was never release to the public due to a rocket firing backpack that was deemed a choking hazard to children. The Boba Fett figurine was re-made with a non-firing backpack, which was the model released to the public.
On November 16, we are having a large Star Wars, Star Trek, and comic book auction. The auction will start at 10 AM on Saturday morning, with the doors opening at 8 AM. We will be having an open-house preview on Friday, November 15 from 3-5 PM. We’re a live auction, although we understand that not everyone can make it sale day, so we are offering online absentee bidding as well. You may leave your absentee bids with auction staff during the Friday preview or on sale day before 10 AM. You may also leave absentee bids online by clicking on the link “Bid Here” at the top of our home page.
The preview and auction are located at 643 Kriner Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202, and if you have any questions, you can reach us at 717-263-6512.
