Absentee Bid Participation Requirement: All bidders must read and agree to terms and conditions of this auction. By submitting absentee bids you agree to the terms and conditions published on our website.
Bidders wishing to submit absentee bids: please fill out the form below including a brief description of the item you wish to bid on (for cataloged items include the lot number) and the maximum amount you wish to bid. A Gateway staff member will contact you to obtain credit card information. Bids will NOT be executed without credit card information. Do not submit credit card information via email or on this form.
The purchase price will be the total of the final bid, plus a 13% buyer’s premium. Pennsylvania sales tax (6%) will also be added unless buyer has a valid tax exemption status or items are being shipped out of state.
Successful bids are to be paid for immediately.
Please bid on my behalf on the following lots up to the prices shown. I accept that all bids are subject to conditions of sale printed in the catalog or flyer. While all bids are executed as a service to the client, Gateway Gallery Auction does not accept any responsibility for bids not executed for any reason.
If an item is cataloged incorrectly, Gateway Gallery Auction will make every effort to contact the bidder to advise of the discrepancy. However, should the bidder not be reached Gateway Gallery Auction will not execute the bid.
Shipping available unless auction has been designated as PICK UP ONLY. We provide limited packing and shipping for small, easy to box items. Items packed by our staff will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, insured for bid price, signature required. Minimum shipping and handling fee is $20. Buyer is responsible for ALL packing and shipping costs.
