CHAMBERSBURG, PA–We are chugging away preparing for a model train auction tomorrow, Saturday, Nov. 14. We’ve got all the trains in lots ready to sell and we are on track for a great day!

With COVID, travel has been limited, but you can dream about traveling by train as you start or build your model collection. You could begin with  a modern Lionel boxed six-car “I Love (state)” collection (Lot 94), which includes New York, Rhode Island, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Or, if you are feeling caged in, place a bid on the O-scale boxed circus collection (Lot 58), which includes circus truck wagons with a caged hippo, caged lion, caged deer and more.

And for those auctiongoers who have been staring at the same four walls, but have no budget for fixer-upper updates, build your own home community with the help of Plasticville’s 1624 House Under Construction or Cape Code kit (Lot 37).

There are more than 400 catalogued lots plus uncatalogued items, including modern and post-war Lionel, American Flyer, controllers, switches, accessories and more.
